Dachia Thompson, LPN and founder of With Respect Home Care, has devoted her career to helping others age with dignity and independence. With deep roots in Parkton, NC, Dachia’s background in nursing and home care leadership inspired her to launch a care model that not only supports seniors, but uplifts entire families.
Through years of caregiving, she saw the gaps in rural and underserved communities — and chose to fill them. With Respect Home Care was born from that vision.
